Place the grill at the edge of the patio so the smoke has somewhere to go
Make sure the bucket is attached to the side to catch the grease
Place a good amount of wood pellets in the hopper. You don't want to run out in the middle of cooking. Wood pellets can be located in the cabinet on the deck, or in the closet

There is a power outlet on the deck. Plug the grill in after the pellets have been loaded and you’re ready to start.

Turn Dial to "Smoke" Setting and switch Power to "On'

It will get pretty smokey at this point.

Set the grill to the desired cooking temperature and let the grill heat up. The grill cooks more like an oven or a smoker. Opening the lid during cooking significantly reduces the heat. So set the temp and let it do it’s thing. It’s a good idea to use the brushes in the cabinet to clean the grill while it is hot

Do you’re thing! Grill your steaks, veggies, chicken whatever it is

When you’re all done, please turn the dial to “Shutdown Cycle”. Let the grill cool. Once cool, turn the dial to “off” and replace the cover. The grease bucket should be able to fit under the grill cover. Move the grill back to it’s original location

Single Serve (K-Cup)

Fill reservoir to the max fill line
Lift the handle, insert your K-Cup, and close the handle

K-Cups are located underneath the Keurig

Press the "Oz' button. Then choose your desired cup size (8, 10, or 12 cups) and it will start brewing

Carafe

Fill reservoir to the max fill line
Place filter in the basket. Add the desired amount of coffee
Press the "Cups' button. Then choose your desired carafe size (8, 10, or 12 cups) and it will start brewing

Washing

Laundry pods and dryer sheets are in a basket on top of the dryer

Place one laundry pod directly into the washer drum. Do not place it into the detergent tray

Select the appropriate cycle on the bottom left of the panel. Any setting on the right with a “*” can be edited by pressing the icon for 3 seconds to cycle through the settings. Press the start button to start the wash cycle

When the load is done, move it to the dryer. If this is the last load, try and wipe down the inside of the washer door. This removes residual water and helps keep it smelling nice. Leave the washer door open to allow it to dry.

Drying

Pull out the lint trap and make sure it is clear of lint. Otherwise your load won’t dry

Just like the washer, pick the cycle on the left that matches the type of load. Settings on the right can be modified the same way as the washer. Press the start button to start the dryer cycle

On the top of the unit, locate the pilot light button and gas dial. Turn the dial to "Pilot"

Push the black pilot button down while also pushing the dial down. You should hear the pilot light begin to click as it tries to light the gas released from pushing the dial down

The pilot light might flicker as it attempts to light. Continue holding both the pilot button down and the dial down until a consistent flame is emitted from the pilot light

Once the pilot is stable set the dial to heat level you want. We rarely need to go above 3

Living Room Fan

Reverse the fan to switch between circulating hot air to cool air

Bedroom Fan

Bedroom fan has a manual switch on top of the motor to reverse airflow

There is also a box fan upstairs

One thermostat is downstairs next to the bathroom. The other is in the bedroom behind the door. This is radiant heat with the heaters in the ceilings on both floors and it takes a little bit for the heat to build-up

The switch for the garbage disposal is under the kitchen sink. Please always have water running while using it

There is a welcome basket for you doggos! Inside there is a towel for them and waste bags

Please clean up pet waste after you go for a walk. Lots of people take their dogs to Ski Run and nobody likes stepping in it. Used pet bags can be thrown in to dumpster just up the driveway.

All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside. Keep in mind, there is an abundance of wildlife out here….this includes hawks, eagles and bears

Always pack out what you pack in when outdoors. Help keep Angel Fire as beautiful as it is by not littering or removing anything you find while out walking or hiking
